Build a digital tax administration system for the national tax authority using modern technologies. The system needed to centralize tax and fee management, automate interactions between taxpayers and tax services, and connect tax agencies with other government bodies and organizations. The solution required digital signatures, cryptographic security, and other modern technologies.
Solution
Our team developed an integrated solution covering tax accounting and operations automation for all regional tax offices nationwide, analytics processing, electronic filing, and a web portal supporting up to 10,000 concurrent users. The system integrates with the national tax framework and taxpayer registry.
Results
The system simplified tax reporting for taxpayers and reduced human error in data submission. Tax authorities operate more efficiently, with analytics available at national and regional levels and stronger data security. Over 2 million taxpayers—both businesses and individuals—use the system.
