Solution
The company started a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation to automate finance, tax, payroll, and connect with billing systems. When the first vendor couldn’t complete the project, the client brought in our team to finish it.
We completed the SAP S/4HANA deployment and launched modules for finance and tax (FI, FI-SL), assets (FI-AA), budgeting (FI-FM, TRM), controlling, maintenance (PM), logistics (MM/SD), and HR (HCM). Key metrics now display in real time through the analytics platform (BI/BW, BPC). The system integrates with billing platforms, government portals, and operational modules.
Results
Management now has real-time access to complete financial data and performance analytics. The company maintains accounting under both local and international reporting standards.
